Anybody still making their own freewheeling bottom bracket setups these days? Here are a bunch of quality parts for a custom setup. All items are NEW. Some have been assembled for mockup but never actually ridden.

Items are in St. Louis MO.
$150 shipped in the US if you buy all of it together.
I'll take a few bucks off for bundling items together.

Individual prices are as follows.
White industries Freewheel $80
TryAll ISIS cranks 170mm $50
Luna ISIS Bottom bracket adjustable 68-100mm $35
219 sprocket 52 tooth. $17
custom machined anodized adapter to mount WI freewheel to 52 tooth or other (rocket sprocket brand) sprockets $25.

The black anodized adapter in the picture was cnc machined by me and anodized black. It has a pocket that the WI industries freewheel fits into facing either direction. you could also bolt the freewheel to the non pocket side. The outside hole pattern mounts to rocket sprocket brand mini sprockets. There are lots of tooth counts available. Since the sprocket and freewheel can be mounted to either side there are many offset combinations that can be created. The only thing one would need is a spider to attach a bike chainring to the adapter sandwich. I could be talked into making this spider adapter for the buyer. PM for details if interested.
