This allows you to run the stock 520 chain and rear sprocket on your electric motorcycle conversion, instead of having to convert the drivetrain to a 420/428 chain. I've got a few of these left from a batch I had made. I searched the internet forever before I had these produced, they just don't exist so I had to have them custom made. Price is $25 + $5 shipping to the continental USA.
These fit the 17mm / 14mm splined shaft on a QS138 V3 (the one with the integrated gearbox).
Depending on your chosen chain you may have to file the case slightly for clearance. See photo for clearance with an RK X-ring 520 chain. Non o-ring chains should be fine.
I would read the QS 138v3 thread for discussion on shaft/sprocket wear and shaft fitment issues with the QS138v3 (relating to other sprockets) before making a decision to purchase. https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=110723&start=100
My project is not yet complete so I haven't been able to abuse-test the sprockets. Fit appears very good on my shaft, requiring a little bit of force to slide on by hand, like the other typical $10-$15 420 sprockets I have test-fit on this motor.
