Brand new. All 5x are between 0.40mOhm - 0.42mOhm. One of the threads needed repairing as it was damaged. I was originally going to use these in a 5S configuration and adjust the charge voltage with an adjustable PSU so I could regulate the welding current. I changed my plans and went with 3S ultracaps paired with dual Malectrics V4s and shorter 6AWG cable as it can do higher current more efficiently without the need to adjust the current. Fully charged to 13.5V the 5S setup will output WAY more power and be far more robust than most regular lipo packs. The problem I found with lipos is that they increase their IR over time and they are expensive to get reliable ones. Lipo safety is also not great as they have no pressure mechanism and they store far more energy than needed which makes them dangerous.

I am also including the LTO 5S BMS and threaded couplers with the caps. I recommend getting an adjustable buck converter and a PSU. Here is a link to the adjustable buck converter I was going to use. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100...416632400094328438e8431!12000017370861759!rec The reason I chose this one was because it had presets which could be recalled via the included remote so it would allow changing the welding current really easy. I was going to use a regular 19V laptop PSU to power it and a momentary switch and 12V car bulb to pull down the voltage when not needed.
