Electric Utility Vehicle Build

Hi all,
We are attempting to build an electric utility vehicle from scratch for the security team at my school. For this build, we decided on a 20s x 30p pack of LG-MJI 18650 (3500mAh) batteries. We have built packs using similar 18650 batteries for electric bikes, however, nothing this big before. So we are wondering...

1. Should we break the pack up into modules? We were thinking of doing 6 10s x 5 p modules.

2. Is there anything else we should be aware of when building a pack of this size (safety wise/other technicalities)?

You would need reasons for have a battery split into sections. Like mounting space, running different voltages and/or charging.
