Has Anyone Successfully Controlled A DC Motor With Prius Gen 2 Inverter?

I know there was a board designed to use the gen 2 prius inverter as the power stage of a dc motor controller (Prius-Gen-2-Inverter/DC_Controller at master · damienmaguire/Prius-Gen-2-Inverter) but has anyone gotten it to work yet?

If that's the OpenInverter project, I'm sure a lot of people have gotten them to work with BLDC motors if that is the type you're looking to use it with; don't know if any of them are here on ES.

There are other alternatives, such as the one I started here:
https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=105711
but haven't gotten to test stage with (but I based mine off other people's working setups, so no reason it shouldn't work).

The same brain board I used could be used with any such inverter (and has been used with various ones, probably including hte Prius; it's where I got the idea to do it).

Note that if you mean a DC brushed motor (the most common usage of "DC motor", then those are not typically used with 3-phase inverters (though you could, with a brain board that uses only one or two of the three bridges).

If you are having trouble with it, the best place to ask for help is probably https://openinverter.org/forum/ as more people will know more about it there than anywhere else, but you'll have to provide all the details of your setup, etc. (not given in your post here) for them to help you fix whatever issue you're having.
