Hello Endless Sphere.
I was browsing the web and found this neat kick scooter https://imgur.com/6Gt5zwy
Found this cool kit not long after https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32784894484.html
Vendor told me this kit would fit that scooter but i have some worries.
I would get the 6374 motor version and VESC but im just not sure if that poor plate would handle it.
If plate would im not so sure about that belt.
Are there any other solutions? Are there any high power hubs in 8 inch size that would be a faster and better option?
I only manage to find 250w hubs in that size but i kinda doubt they can peak much higher than that.
Any advice is welcome. Thank you.

I found that same kit a while back and am interested in using it. I don't see why it wouldn't handle the job.

Where are you located and how did you source the scooter? It's a difficult to get one here in the States.

Im in Croatia, Central and Southeast Europe.
I can buy it in "decathlon" store.

Oxelo TOWN 9 EF V2 Can be bought for $190 USD

and this model Oxelo TOWN 7XL can be bought for $130 USD

Im not sure but that plate looks like it would bend with 2+ kw applied to it. Not even sure if belt could handle more.
I would source 6374 motor for it or even 6384 if i could find it available and if it would make any sense to mount such a motor.
Motor options are opened as long as vesc can power it. Thanks
