77kph was the fastest I have done on a scooter. I don't think i will go faster, in fact I don't really like going over 48kph if i can help it. Getting up near those speeds, well you are probably going to be safer in the long run doing that on a motorcycle. It's not so much the scooter that has me worried. It's the other guys in SUVs and mini vans. When you hit like 70kph on a scooter , man things are just really flying in every definition of the word. But whatever pulls your hair back my friend... GL!
I've hit 42mph and that's plenty for me. I hit it on a 48v 1000w hub LoL. I've since moved on to running 72v on a 72v hub and don't want to see above 42mph.
You'd have to do a few test runs going back and forth before going top speed. One little bump in the road or crack would be all it takes and is your health care plan up to date on payments.
I get 90 kmh on my bike. (See sig). I think it's been faster but that's about when I stop looking down at the speedometer and look straight at the road.
