Hi everyone,
I have some trouble with this controller, I have Marshall Golf Cart but the Toyota 48m350 controller is broken so I replace it with KAC7245N controller and everything works fine except:
1) when I release the throttle completely the regen start but it's not soft regen at all! it's trying to stop the car completely then release it then again stop it and so on! This happens when I set the"RLS_TPS Brk %" above 20%. What I notice when going into the Monitor menu is when "Phase current" goes above ~150A it stop regen and when it's going down it's starting again so the vehicle start to vibrate/shaking hard.
2)At start-up when at low speed it starts to vibrate but not hard vibration but it's annoying..I used to drive with Toyota or Curtis controller.
