Tire/Wheel Modification. 10x3.00 tires

So, I have an evo Uberscoot 1000. I have 10x3.00 tires on it and I absolutely despise these air filled garbage bags attached to it. The problem is finding 10x3 tires that are solid rubber AND have break away rims or rims with bolt holes to attach the sprockets to. I was just wondering if taking these solid 1 piece rims and drilling the bolt holes for the sprockets would compromise the wheels integrity and be extremely dangerous to use?

I found these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JV4YJ1H/ with split rims. I think it would be fine to drill holes in the solid rim too because those are usually stronger the split rims. You might have some problems with the tires getting flat spots where the rubber deforms where it is touching the ground. Also the rim might slip inside the tire if the rim isn't tight against the tire. I prefer air because of these problems and they absorb shock better and are more reliable.

Oh, you have no idea what a problem you'll have if you find tires like that and try to use them.
