Attachable bag for electric scooter

I'd like a bag that can attach to my electric scooter (segway ninebot max) that is large enough to hold 2 kryptonite u-locks (New-U NY: standard and LS). The ninebot attachable bag I bought is not wide or long enough, and when I checked Amazon all the alternatives I found seemed basically the same size. Alternatively, any other recs to attach the locks to my scooter so I don't have to carry them on my back?
