My dad had this beautiful outboard motor from 1961 standing for many years, he found it in the trash.. I need a new winter project so I took it :wink:

Had a sprocket that fited to the axle, welded on a 12mm socket, that fit to the original drive shaft.

reparied it with melted zinc, made a stainless steel form
