Any experience with Energie Cycles? (Short person bike)

Been looking for a do it all step through for my wife.

Came across the "e-fat step", which looks perfect.
Folding is not needed, however, and company seems pretty small. Not a lot of press or reviews, but not sure I have a lot of concern about that, either, since all bikes in this range are going to have pretty much the same moving parts.

Close runner up is the Radrunner, but it will need to be upgraded to the LCD display, and fenders.

Have also been eyeing the Juiced Scorpion, but price just jumped, and delivery slid 2 months.

Any others i missed in this spec/price range?
