Unlocked sabvoton limits

I have an older generation 96100 that is able to save any parameters entered in the MQCON app, apparently that means it is unlocked. Has anyone got an estimate for how much you can push this over stock numbers before it will be dangerous for the controller?

I believe this applies to 96120 ?
