For a Topbikekit Comparison,to the issues I had with BMS battery, Tracking received on 28th, told shipped on 30th, its with DHL on 31st, Arrived Nov 1
Top bike kit sent the wrong freewheel but offered to sent the correct one via DHL at their cost. They also offered to refund the freewheel and postage. That's good service and I am very happy with how responsive they have been.

I also had a good experience with Top Bike Kit -- https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=102091 . I did not want the throttle offered in the listing , so I asked if I could get the Wuxing thumb throttle of my choice. Quick reply , yes , just add to notes during check out. No charge. And, they got it right !
