NESE 18650 Modules Delivery Info Needed - No Official Response!

We are a student team based in Pakistan and we're interested in purchasing the NESE Modules.
The website shows option of delivery to Pakistan(delivery fee includes in the cart) yet there is no proper mention about the courier or shipping method.The only payment option is also paypal which is unavailable in Pakistan but i can checckout through paypal as guest using my credit card.
The issue is that I'm not able to see the courier method/delivery address till the step of payment.Does paypal handle delivery as well?

I have tried contacting NESE using the website contact form/email but haven't got any response.
Anyone who has had experience of ordering with NESE or can link me to concerned person?

You are most likely going to receive it via FedEx.
No Paypal does not handle shipping.

The contact form on the website must have malfunctioned. Thank you for heads up, will look into that.
