I purchased a rear hub kit Bafang 350w 36v including all the ancillaries from an reputable offshore dealer. This is my 3rd conversion so everything went together well.
When setting up the 860c display (also was set to operate at 36v) I noted that the battery scale up in the RH corner was a faint red outline with a sliver of battery capacity showing.
I went for a ride but it would not offer throttle control past about 1 second and PAS was limited to 2-3 until it petered out altogether.
When I assembled it I remember looking at the serial tag on the controller stating it was a 48v and the cutout voltage was (don’t quote me) about 39 volts.
DID I RECEIVE THE WRONG CONTROLLER IN THE KIT?
