Hi ! :D my name is Francisco.

I have a Prodecco Phantom ebike components (motor, controller and battery) that I have put them in a new frame (not Prodeco)
It has a 36 V, 500 watts motor, A 36 V, 20 amps controller, and a 36 v, 12 ah battery
When I accelerate, it runs less than 5 seconds and then the motor cut off. With or without charge, accelerating very little or full acceleration.
Also the motor makes a noise, and sometimes, when I accelerate, the motor doesn´t rotate but makes a noise.

Always I have to return the accelerator to 0.

I didn´t change the phase connections, controller and motor aren´t hot, but a long time ago I had a problem that could be related to this: when I accelerated, the bike vibrated and did not move. That problem was short-lived and suddenly disappeared.

I tasted with other battery and the same problem. So, battery is OK.

I don´t have other controller or motor to test.

Please, watch the videos attached.

Where is the problem and which is the solution?

Thanks very much for your help

Regards

Francisco

is the motor hot? sounds like wrong phase wire connections.

Tommm, its not hot and I didn´t change the phase connections, controller either is hot, but a long time ago I had a problem that could be related to this: when I accelerated, the bike vibrated and did not move. That problem was short-lived and suddenly disappeared.

Thanks !!!
