Good day Troubleshooters,
I have a brand new 48v rear direct drive 1000w hub motor, new KT36/48ZWSLR-ff01 controller and new KT-LCD5 display.
This is my second ebike conversion. I hooked every thing up including fully charged 48v20ah battery and when there is no load, nothing happens at any throttle position until I touch the wheel then there is a loud growl at the beginning, and it will go to 50kmh easily.
When I took it outside to test it (under load), there is a loud growl and very little power, it will only go about 10 kmh at the most.
The settings for the LCD5 I put in are: G1- 72, G2- 23", G3- km. P1- 46, P2= 1, P3- 0, P4-0,P5- 17. C1-02, C2-0, C3-1, C4-2, C5-10, C6-5, C7-1, C8-0, C9-0, C10-n, C11-0, C12-4, C13-0, C14-2. Please help, I just know it's in these settings.

Double check the connections from the motor to the controller. Could be an intermittent connection on one of the phase cables or hall sensor wires.

Just checked Phase cables, They are in one of those yellow junction boxes and tight. Checked Hall Sensor connector, no bent or loose pins, seems like a good connection there too.
