phase current settings

Max out your controller, then check the temperature of the motor with your hand very often. Keep in mind it takes some time for the outside shell to soak some heat up from the insides.

Without knowing anything about what motor/controller you have then it's impossible to give you any good help.
The used motors here range from 250W to 50kW and the users from newbies to experts so the scope is pretty wide.

golden 3kw motor with votol em100 controller and another one is qs 3kw motor with votol em150 controller

QS138 70h can take almost whatever you throw at it. I’ve run 600A phase without issues, also Em-150 at max.

The golden motor is another issue. Read here that they’re not so efficient. it also depends on the phase to phase resistance and kV. Someone else has to help you with that one
