Help with me controller and throttle?

Don't know what turn handle is, it has the right number of wires. But that is a guess. Check if you have 5V on the hot wire. I don't speak Chinese so what controller is this? Do you have a link to it?

It not just a throttle, can not guess at that.
Turn handle on the controller must be throttle since there's nothing else there that could be throttle.
Have you taken the throttle apart? I think that's what you're going to have to do in order to figure out which wires are throttle and which are doing something else that's incorporated into the throttle body. That's what I'd do. The actual throttle control should have 3 wires. The other 3 are there for some other purpose. Post a pic of the throttle once you get pic posting figured out.
