Hey All,

I have a Chinese Wuxixinge 2000W controller where I am struggling to find the throttle pins on the pcb
(the 20 pin connector has no indication what so ever regarding the pinout)

At least I found ou how to power it on by briding VH with the pin on the bottom left.
Now I read 5.69V on HB5V against GND and on the power supply for the halls to.
The there are a lot of 3.3V Values between the various pins and GND.

Foolishly I tried yesterday to connect HB5V to all the leftover pins (except GND & VH) with an motor & halls attached in an benches setup but nothing happend. I thought the motor should spin up when I connect the throttle input to 5V, right? Like simulating WOT, because I didn't had a spare throttle around for testing.

Maybe somebody recognises that kind of controller & point me in the right direction.

Thanks a lot in Advance
Thx38

Maybe take some pictures of the other side of the pinout where any componentry or wires may be.
Hopefully they used the correct color wires.

Most controllers don't use 5v for the throttle signal. Most use a range from around 1v up to around 4v, and some, if the voltage is outside the allowable range at any time, will go into a fault condition and may be "locked out" until power is cycled. That's to prevent undesired operation from a wiring or throttle fault.

So you may not get any response unless a hall-based throttle (or potentiometer and resistors wired to simulate one) is connected up to the throttle signal input when the controller is powered on, and the throttle is at minimum during power on.
