Hi All,
I've used my BBS02 for a good 8000km in the Pyrenees mountains and know how it normally handles quite well.

I re-greased it two weeks ago (no I couldn't access mobilgrease 28 in France) but I am not sure if this was a factor.
When getting on the bike to start riding now, the pedaling feels quite heavy. The clutch engages without failure, but takes a slightly longer rotation to engage than it used to. On top of this, it does heat up a bit more easily on long climbs. When it gets what I consider very hot, sometimes the friction in pedaling is so great that it almost locks up. When it cools down it rides almost normally again.

I guess that I would suspect its a clutch issue, but I've got no experience in messing with that.
Also when opening to inspect, there is a little bit of corrosion on the side with the magnets. Possibly it got wet, but its totally dry now.
Could it also be that I've dislodged something when opening up motor side of the unit?

Any advice gratefully appreciated.
