I did a noob mistake! I opened up my bike and noticed that one of the plugs for my alarm (power side) was unplugged. I plugged it back in WITHOUT unplugging the battery. This caused a spark and melted the connection from alarm connection was fried and so is the contoller side (sabvoton). I quickly disconnected the battery to the controller. The fuse on the battery did not blow. I tested the contollers resistance (negative anderson to the display) this showed a resistance of 11.5 on the multimeter. I was informed by google that this was a normal resistance.I have disconnected the alarm since. I have not plugged in the batter to the controller yet as I thought I wold turn to you guys for advice on how to move forward. I have limited exp with checking/troubleshooting shorted/blown mosfets ect. Thank you very much in advance. You guys are the gurus!
