Bad idea to install software/firmware that is not in active development, had a tiny developer base and a tiny user base. Unless you saved a dump of your original firmware, you can either spend a lot of time on this and then buy a new controller. Or you can buy a new controller.

Some questions whose answers may help us help you figure out the problem:

What was the specific reason you were recommended to install "firmware" (and by who)?

What is the model and version of the controller and display you are using? (a link to the source page may be helpful)

What version of which "firmware" did you install, using what procedure? A link to the source page and file(s) may be helpful as well.

What procedure did you use to then set up your settings, and what settings did you change, and what settings did you leave the same?

Did the system work correctly before changing from the original firmware? If not, what specific problem(s) did you have?

By "can't go back to original", what do you mean? (if there was an error doing so, please list it exactly as it was shown).

I will make an uneducated guess that the firmware is a derivative from github:
https://github.com/stancecoke/BMSBattery_S_controllers_firmware

There are 69 known forks ... best I can tell, the last update was 7 months ago.

WIKI Documentation is here:
https://www.pedelecforum.de/wiki/doku.php?id=elektrotechnik:eek:pen_source_firmware_fuer_sxxs_ktxx_-controller

To the OP:
As I am a gluten for punishment, tell us what KT controller and display you have, as well as where you purchased it.

What does the wiki say? Can you provide a link to the wiki?

EDIT: never mind. i see it in the thread.

Hello, i will answer your questions below:
1. I was recommended to install this firmware by someone called Tidings on discord, he does this stuff and told me to buy a KT controller so i can install firmware on it. and its apparently better than other controllers in the pricepoint i just wanted a reliable controller that just works.

2. im not using any display i have the cable that turns on the controller without the display and Tidings also recommended me to install a bluetooth module (HC-05) and use the bluosec app. i got the controller from aliexpress https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32233107027.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.0.0.21ef1802Z1F9Ag it is the (36 48V 25A Sine wave) that i got and on it the model number is: KT36/48SVPRM-SJT02L

3. i got my files from github https://github.com/stancecoke/BMSBattery_S_controllers_firmware and i used this procedure to install it https://github.com/stancecoke/BMSBattery_S_controllers_firmware/wiki/03-Installing-the-build-environment
But also tidings told me that the internal resistor divider will break if i don't use a 12v stepdown and remove the lm317 and the big 2w reisistor. i did that and its working well this is the diagram i used

4. Tidings told me some settings to change and i just changed them ill list what he told me to do here:
battery current max set to 50
undervoltage to 0
overvoltage to 255
disable torquesensor
disable speed influences tq sensor
limit, without pas and offroad to 99
Everything else stays the same

5. everything worked flawlessly before i rode over 30miles with original firmware

6. by cant go back to original i mean can i just remove this custom firmware and have my original one from the factory because it worked very good and this one has issue or i dont know how it works and what options to choose

You can not go back to original f/w, as the controller is read protected, so no-one (beside kt) has this f/w.
Also, this opensource firmware works great, but you need to read in detail how to use it and adapt it to yor motor. Esp important: Finetune tve „motor specific angle“; see instruction in the end of this paragraph: https://github.com/stancecoke/BMSBattery_S_controllers_firmware/wiki/04-The-Java-Tool
Finally, blueosec works only with a specific branch of the project: not the master, but „torque from x4“
PS the settings you list above are not good; at least put reasonable nubers for over and undervoltage and max Amps in, otherwise you risk breaking the controller and/or your battery

If you want a reliable controller that has decent support, get a new controller AND a display, and let it work as designed. They're absolutely reliable as is.....as long as they aren't abused to much!

Leave the custom setups to those that know what they are doing.
