Bionx BBI -2 offline

I just downloaded and installed (with date to Nov 2018) the Bionx BBI-2 software on my Windows 10 computer. However when I connect the hardware between the bike and PC the software tells me that "No BIB detected, BBI cannot detect if your drivers are installed". Did anybody came across the same message and knows how to solve? It may has to do with a missing driver for the USB serial interface between BIB and PC. Thanks! Gerhard

I'm sure most haven't anything to do with your error, but there are some problems and solutions listed in some of the posts.
