Hello.
I have bougt new controller (Bac 855) for my bike but hall wire colors doesnt match. Is there eny danger connecting em "wrong"? And is there any way to messure it so i can connect em right?

What kind of bike and what do the connectors look like? Pictures and link to what you bought would help.

More often than you'd think the chinese workers just ignore color matching, especially on low cost controllers and motors . The Bac on the other hand will be color matched.

The risk you take if you connect with reverse polarity is that the hall sensors break and motor stops working. Again, the higher priced honeywell hall sensors in many motors have reverse polarity protection but it isn't alwayse the case. Cheap stuff use cheaper halls so again, larger risk of damaging them. What i am trying to say is if you describe your parts in detail then it’ll be easier to know what can be the best route.

Normal colors are
Red +
Black ground
Blue,green,yellow signal wires for blue,green,yellow phase
Extra wire of any color is normally a temp sensor

What do the motor phase wires look like? Are the colored?
