Wanted to share the project I have been working on for this summer. Inspired by Tom Stantons Youtube channel with rc motor builds and "My RC Mid Drive with Single Stage Reduction" build (https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=96769) I decided to build my own version.

In short:

Turnigy D5035-125KV, dual stage reduction with belts, ACS Crossfire freewheel, custom made 95 pulley with chainwheel attached. 7s4p battery with bms made inside 3" aluminium tube, spot welded with Arduino spot welder

The design is quite simple and really compact. Maybe will improve later by making the design more universal to fit other bikes also. Also would want to improve on water tightness. Bottle battery build was quite complicated, and even though I like the shape and how it looks on a bike, I would still go for simpler design for next build.

I made a video of the whole build and you can find it here:

Hey Mate - Thats a superb build. But don't tease us, tell us how it rides and what its performance numbers are . . . . Thanks
