Hi guys, can anyone recommend me a solution on how to prevent the phase wires on a QS Motor fraying/ripping on the disk rotor bolts?

I've used zip ties to keep the motor harness from the spinning side covers, but I've had better luck using magnet motor wire instead, because it is stronger and thinner.

I have used zip ties, the big 10mm wide and the small 2-3mm one's work together best. But I have just used wire spring, wire protectors, Look for "Door Loop Cable Spring Protectors" or "Wire Spring Guard" on ebay, etc, I would use Stainless Steel if you want them to last, but Galvanised may work and be much cheaper...

Ive noticed this is the problem. In this photo you can see sharp points on where the wires go into the hub. Thats what causing the wires to fray when the wheel is the the drop outs which makes the wires bend at stupid angles
