QS205 motor locking up with Sabvoton controller 200 a

Hi there I wonder if anyone can help I’ve got a E Bike build with a QS205 5T Motor and 84 V battery a 200 a Sabvoton controller I can be going along at 20 mph and all of a sudden the motor just locks up it’s happened a few times now I can’t really seem to figure out why it’s happening the motor just lock solid then once you turn the system off and on again it works fine after I did it yesterday I continue to ride for about 20 minutes only at around 20 mph again and the motor got red hot unable to even touch I’ve been told lots of different stuff they could be by different people but I will upload some images and hopefully someone who knows what they are looking at might be able to help I’ve been told it is something in the settings that is wrong in the controller thanks

I'm no expert here but I just recently got my QS205 and Sabvoton 72150 set up and functioning.
Looking at your settings, shouldn't your "Potor poles pair" (sic?) bet set to 16?
That's what mine is at.

The controller thinks the motor is overheated because it doesn't have a reading on the temperature sensor. Take a 1k resistor and solder it from the hall sensor ground wire to the temperature sensor wire for the Sabvoton. The motor temp is reading 130C which is the max temperature and keeping the controller from running. Let me know if this works.

Reset everything and:
Set the pole number to 16
Set the Offset Angle to 15
Given Current to 7
Do a new hall test.

Do not add Flux weakening, regen,boost etc -just the basics to run the motor.
Add those one at a time one your happy.

It Looks like your timing is too far advanced hence the motor getting really hot.
