This is my death trap of a bike.
Torker Alpental 26in full Steel Frame, Front Suspension Hard tail
60v40a Controller, with full twist throttle and LCD voltage indicator.
1000Watt 9C clone rear Hub with genuine GrinTech V4, and knock off V1 Torque Arms.
60V(20Series) 20ah LiFePO4 BTRPower battery.
KoolStop Rim front brakes
Springer Schwinn classic cruiser style seat.

At some point I will get rid of the saddlebags, but

Ignore the shitty camera and messy apartment. It's a tiny apartment.

Pics with the old seat since I can't go out and ride and take pics of the new setup yet.

At some point ill go back to this thread and fill it up with the full evolution of my bike.

Out of the blue update here but I am rebuilding the entire front end of this bike.
I was tired of the old wobbly front end with no disc brake possibility, so I'm going the whole 9 yards and upgrading the front end to a motorcycle like front end, with rebound and preload control, as well as a hydraulic disc brake system.
I wanted better braking, better modulation, some adjustment to the front end and a huge increase in stiffness and durablity for better handling and longevity running at the 30+mph speeds this bike regularly rides at.

For this project I'll be building a "moto" front end that still uses a 26inch tire so I can run the Kenda K838 tires. And in the process blacking out the front end and adding red accents to match the frame.

Parts for this front end build:
Himalo 680DH Double Shoulder Air Spring front fork 26inch 15x100mm thru axle
HALO SAS 26inch 32spoke front wheel 15x100mm MT hub
Upanbike 720mm Riser MTB Bars in Black
KRSEC Black MTB Stem 50mm in black
FSA Threadless headset in Red
Bucklos XTECH HB100 MTB Hydrualic Cable-pull Discbrake Caliper in Red
Bucklos Floating Disc Quick Heat Dissipation Brake rotor 160mm in Red

New cable lines and brake lever.
Will update as I build it.

I am also probably going to be replacing the saddlebags with motorcycle saddlebags instead as I hate the look of the current bags and they lose their shape.
