Great build :thumb:
Does it perform to your expectations? The rims look on the narrow side for the wider tires. No "flex" feeling in the tires?

Thank you🙂 Ebike definitely meets my expectations. The rims are 40mm and I have no problem with the tires😉

Nice build moonkagliwicee!

How does the bike perform compared to the Kona Coiler?

Did you build the 16s10p battery yourself? Did you use copper with the 110A you draw? I'm planning to build a 16S8P with Samsung 40T but struggling with the design

Thank you 🙂Kona was like a toy😅 Spark is a really well-built and strong frame. I bought the batteries from a professional company. Built on nickel. 150A is not a problem

Do you have a link where you bought the battery? I have the same controller and planning to run 120A so maybe I'll buy instead of building it myself :D

I like the frame design, so the frame cost you 2800zf, which is 760usd?
https://evspark.pl/

It looks like there is a ton more space for more rear wheel.
Remember that 2.75 motorcycle/moped tires are always slightly larger.
From linked website using Google Translate -
max wheel size 26x4.0
max. rear wheel diameter: 820mm,
frame capacity: 160 18650 cells in "honeycomb" baskets plus a Sinus KT OR GT1500 Sabvoton series controller also without a housing,

Can you tell me which is the biggest wheel you can mount in the swingarm of the Evspark e-bike?

These 2 lines sounds like conflicting.

max wheel size 26x4.0
max. rear wheel diameter: 820mm,

Which is correct?

Could be an issue with the auto-detect Google Translate program I used.
Otherwise just contact them, hopefully they have someone there that can help you in English.

I'd go with Ramy EVSpark - Rama EVSpark Gamma (7021Ral) for 2900zf because its more stealthy then the bigger one and you can get a bigger battery in it then the smaller one thats
package of 200 18650 cells (in honeycomb baskets).

Rather then the smaller 160 18650 in honeycomb holders. That suitcase Enduro style can hold 400.
Clamping dropouts and 155mm, can build it with a ton of power.

All very nice bikes!

I would buy the same Rama EVSpark Gamma for the same reasons you noticed and for the fact that it sounds like that frame weights the same as the light frame.
The owner of the site do not reply at info@elektropojazdy.pl to my e-mail from 20th of May regarding the max wheel size that can be installed in the swingarm.
I want to know if is possible to build an e-bike with 27.5 or 29 wheels with these frames.

26x4 is 29" OD so a 29x2.40 would be alright, problem comes down to whats commonly available for purchase.

https://www.bikebling.com/S-M-Bikes-Speedball-29x2-40-Tan-Wall-Tire-p/smbikes19-05-sb-29-240-tan.htm
29x2.40 the link states Inflated Diameter: 28.875" (733mm)
29x2.60 is a common size, Schwalbe Tough Tom is cheap, Goodyear Newton as well, $30-$40.

Having a rear hub with a motorcycle tire, 21" rim is about the biggest you can go for a common size, sure there is 22 and 23" but those are less common. A 21x3.00 inflated diameter is 27.58" OD inflated width is 3.15 in.- https://shinkotireusa.com/product/trail-pro-sr241-series-tire/211922
23x3.00 Inflated Diameter 27.70 in. Inflated Width 3.50 in.- https://www.denniskirk.com/bridgestone/front-trail-wing-9-3-00-23-tire-142948.p651746.prd/651746.sku

max. rear wheel diameter: 820mm
28.875" (733mm) and 820mm is 32.28"

https://www.easternperformance.com/metzeler-me-888-marathon-ultra-touring-23-130-60-23-65h-tire-for-harley-or-metric.html
Fits: 23x3.50 to 23x3.75

Tomasz Bartkowiak is the owner of EvSpark. Please write to him if you have any questions. At the moment I would buy the Gamma frame due to the larger batteries and the same weight as the Lite frame
