Just sharing my battery mod on my wife's budget Swagtron ebike. It is possible to mount a luna wolf pack in the same space that a "silverfish" battery normally goes. I needed to make 2 small grooves in the seatstay bridge, and 3D print a new cradle/baseplate. The baseplate includes an XT60 charge port.

This mod was possible because I had already swapped the stock controller out for a GRIN baserunner.

It is now a completely new ebike. The benefits of the new controller weren't fully realized until the crap 36V battery was swapped out for a high voltage, high performance battery pack. Pushing 800W to the stock motor (which I think is a bafang G060).

That is good to know, thanks for trying that.
Where was the original controller mounted?

That integrated metal box behind the BB and under the battery is where the original controller was installed, and where the baserunner is now.

Charge port is working great.

A simple 3D printed cap protects the port when not in use.
