4Motus ebike/moto hybrid

Hello for all,
some time ago I showed you my first custom build ebike: http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=29555#p426619 after some time of riding and some long nights on designing I now can show little different ebike, here are couple photos:




this model have powerfull (peak discharge 25c lifepo4 hybrid battery) and modyfied electric motorcycle hubmotor (as I know similar to cromotor). I use greentime controllers (programable and some models without pragramable function, from 6fet to 24fet). with this model we done more than 3000km, after these tests we done small modifications on frame and we want to offer frames (also all bikes) for all who wants it.

some updates for prices:
whole bike price will be from 3000€ to 6000€ , all depends on configuration.
frames will be 700-900€ with box (box also can be made custom for bigger battery pack, box structure can be used as heat dissipation for controller, in perimeter it is aluminium), frame material - stainless steel or 6061 T6 aluminium (this version will be little later because of manufacture complexity).

in week or two all detailed prices and parts will be in our website http://www.4motus.com/e-cycle-parts/

mostly we orientates to Europe customers, but we can ship to anywhere in the world if shipping price is acceptable. as for distribution, if someone wants distribute in their region please write to us.

my vote would be the ss the aluminun would be to soft at that seat angle driven offroad or with a fatass on board
what about cro-molly?
oh and one more thing i will offer to be the canadian distributor for you just send me a dealer model of the 120 kph in yellow and black

as for seat angle, as I mentioned in photos are our prototype and in serial production it have small changes, seat tube angle too

Are you getting it approved as S-pedelec or Moped or even motorbike for the European market or will it be off-road only?

in spring it will have approved as a pedelec with all restrictions (there will be possible to change little to get all power), and in next year end we hope to get moped approval, but for now it is offroad.

I was wondering if it was possible to have the entire battery box made into a removable box?

whole battery box will be fixed to frame by 4 bolts, so not much difficult to get it out, assambled bike will have waterproof connectors. This type of box you see in picture are watterproof, it can be from carbon, but have small ammount aluminium and good for controller ~40A because more heat it do not dissapate.
My idea of this bike was to fit all things in box and do not have any other components outside.

sorry for so rare update, but finaly after some design and construction corections I have frame that I can offer, here are some not painted frames photos, for paint I can offer main colors powder couting or any color in car type painting:

there are available frames from steel/stainless steel for big power motors and aluminium frames for mid power systems, aluminium frames have approoval for mountain bike frame, here are some tests video:

frame kit include:
- main frame;
- rear swing arm with bearings;
- battery case (10cm or 12cm wide) case is made from aluminium and cover from plastic, so you can mount controller inside and fix to aluminium to get good heat disipation;
- frame painted powder coating (~6 colors, will confirm later) or standard painting (anything you want);
- battery case can be painted standard painting; can be covered protective coating (http://www.linex.com/) or covered by water transfer printing ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADq96RGRf00 )

Prices:
steel/stainless steel: ~740euro
aluminium: ~890euro

additional to frame can offer waterproof connections from 5pin to 12pin and ruber grommet for 10 and 8awg wires:

we also can offer various ebike parts from 1kw to 10kw power, from standard to sinus controllers (30-120A continuous battery current).
