I am in the process of converting my EEB into a supermoto EEB
This is the set up
72v 30Q 30 ah 100 amp battery
100v 100 amp sinewave controller
205 V2 35 mm ( edge) motor
this is the bike now with 26 inch wheels on maxxis tires
I will be going to 20 inch front and rear rims with 4 inch wide slicks I will post some more shots when I get the new front rim in
finished eeb.jpg
With moto seat rear rim and tire on

With that significantly smaller OD wheel on the motor you should see greatly improved performance. What kind of 20 are you putting on the front...something kinda fat I hope to match the fatty rear.

I am putting the same tire on the front I am waiting on the wheel
funny part the 26 inch wheels with the hookworms OD is 27.3
the 20 inch rims with that particular tire the OD is 23.9
I test rode the 20 inch rear set up with 84v 94 amps 7896 watts and it is a rocket
I just hope the tires hold up we will see

Looks great :thumb:
What tire is that? (can't read the side wall good enough)
Some ferrofluid and hubsinks to go with more amps would also help

I can only produce 100 amps with the set up that I have and so far
heat has not been a problem I have some FF but I have not had to use it

Dudes Greetings their are no up dates I have not received the front rim as of yet
so instead of sitting around doing nothing I am going to polish some metal
to make the supermoto pretty
Supermoto motorcycles are beautiful why not the EEB-SM
Peace Bill.

update:
no news on the front rim I guess the 1 to 3 day shipping is only good for Europe
anyway got some warmer weather yesterday and I took the bike out for some test runs
before I did I ran a motor simulator and these were the results
the smaller rear wheel upped the hole shot quite a bit much better than the 26 inch wheel
it also lowered the bike quite a bit which was real nice
the down side is the bike is not very peddle friendly now with the supermoto seat it pretty much is a rider now
it's like ridding a BMX bike sitting down
but it will hit speeds of 40 mph with a great hole shot not bad for a heavy EEB with a small motor

Still waiting for the rim to show up
here is a chart of where I will spend most of my time
bike path at 15 mph and a 100 mile range
as soon as the weather warms up I will be testing the
motor simulator results and do some 100 mile rides
A great way to spend the day

Front Rim finally got here with the exception of a few odds and ends it is ready to ride

Awesome!
I'm curious how it will handle. A ride video is in order now
here is a final shot after I got the front end lowered and adjusted
and the fork covers on
I had to drop the front travel 3 inches
It handles like a sport bike it is low and feels real light
as soon as the weather brakes I will shoot some video
thanks for the feed back
