Hello everyone, I have been building my own Li-ion battery packs from past 6 months and was using 0.15mm thick nickel strip as my discharge current was hardly 17amps. But now I want to build a battery with 35amps discharging current so I had double spot welded my two nickel strips of 0.15 mm. So basically now I am getting 0.3mm thickness. But now I am stuck with the question will that nickel strip be suitable for such high discharging current ?
Kindly guide me.

You should also wonder if your tab welder is sufficient enough to weld on 0.3mm.

How many parallel strings do you have in your battery pack?
