How do I find out the minimum and maximum voltage input of a BMS?

More specifically this thing: HCX-D170V1 from bestech.
Does it need a CC/CV charger?

battery specs:

22s24p
92.4v and 480amps
3000mah per cell
Type 18650 cells
Max discharge 20A per cell

BesTech site says 4S LiFePO4 nominal 12V only

Here's a version HCX-D170V1, supports LI and LiPo at 27S-96S (99.9V~355.2V)

What charger or PSU or converter you want to use is not usually dictated by the BMS, nor v/v

unless you want the BMS to do the primary charge control, which IMO is usually not a great idea.
