Please share your experience with bags that can be used for ebike batteries. I'm using HPC bag bought on ebay that holds 14s6p 18650. It was great for about 2 years but now seeing seams starting to come apart. Was good for about 3000miles on flat terrain.

not all threads in lists below are relevant, but there is useful info in some of them

I've been using the EV Flacon Bag;
http://www.falconev.com/
for 6 years and it's been very durable. Some seams are starting to fray, but none have come apart yet.
The key to making these things last is to support the pack weight from below, not to let it hang from the straps.
I think it's about the same bag EM8ev sells and I recommend them.

This outfit is an incredible resource for DIYers

You could proactively reinforce your existing purchased bag

or use it once knackered as a template to make a super strong one from scratch.

Add a little space if needed to include 1/8" neoprene or similar flexible foam

especially where any "sharp corner" presure spots are wearing the canvas faster
