New QS Motor Noise at 1600RPM during bench test

New QS 3000w + Votol; first run after having some software issues. Got it running which is awesome, but sadly short lived.

Notice the smooth sound, then as I ramp up I hear this noise. 1600rpm is when it starts. I stopped at this point. This is the first run of the motor since its purchase; and has never been installed. I've emailed Sales at QS; see what they say - but has any one ran into this issue before? Something I could possibly fix?

I'm hearing it may be due to not having any load on the motor. Good news is I have it running... Moving forward.
