What do I Loose when reducing from 14 to 12S

Yes, what do I loose? Acceleration and range? Torque does depend on Amperage I think? I need to place my motor a little higher in the frame and then I don't have enough room for the battery pack. At the moment I have 7 Nissan Leaf gen 1 modules. If I turn them from standing position to lying and reduce to 6 modules I will have space but will I also have a really boring bike?

I would think that you’d only lose top speed and some range. Your acceleration and torque should stay the same.
