Great forum, I have spent hours reading the information on Endless-sphere. I am impressed with all the creative ideas innovations and solutions people use to build their ebikes. Thanks to all for sharing your knowledge.

Interesting reading about that bike here: http://motorbicycling.com/showthread.php?t=29901

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I will be upgrading the brakes to v-brakes (wish this bike came with disk brakes)
Do you think the Magic Pie 2 (rear hub) will fit into the rear drop outs?
Thanks

No. The motor won't fit the rear dropouts. That is a singlespeed with 120mm spaced dropouts. the Magic Pie, and most all Hub motors will use 135mm dropout spacing, whish is standard on most multi speed bikes.

It is possable to bend a frame out to fit the motor, but thats not recomended for an aluminum frame bike like that one.

Dan,
Thanks for the information on the drop-outs. Something with 135mm drop outs and dual disk brakes be would great. I will keep looking a for a suitable bike. Thanks to all :D
