The only Evoke "ebike" I can locate information about is a motorcycle, not a mountain bike:

If there isn't a link, you'll have to list all the specific parts you are wanting it to have.
If you don't know what parts you want it to have, then you'll need to list your budget, exactly what you want it to do for you, under what conditions, as well as your own size and weight, and that of anything you want to carry on it. Once that's provided, more information may also be needed based on that.
Without detailed info, anything someone points you towards or builds for you has a very small chance of satisfying your needs.
