Custom built e-road bike for sale. The Serotta Fierte titanium and carbon frame make this road bike ride very comfortably on long rides. I have ridden a metric century 63 miles, and multiple 50 mile rides, in the mountains with this bike. Besides being comfortable it is relatively light, at 28lbs (bike) + 6lbs (battery) = 34lbs, and it feels solid and balanced well. The drivetrain features a semi-compact crankset (52/36t) with an 11spd cassette (11-34t) so you can climb at 5mph or sprint at 28mph+. The e-bike is setup as a class 3 pedal assist only, no throttle, and can handle up to 500w. I'm 200lbs and found myself using 250w max, with around 100watts on average. The thumb dial on the handlebar is for on the fly pedal assist support adjustments within the established range of 0-300%. The battery pack is 48v 12.75Ah (approx. 600Wh) and uses Sanyo/Panasonic NCR20700B cells and comes with a 4A fanless UL listed charger for a 3-4 hour charge time. I also have extra identical battery packs not included but available if interested.

Feel free to ask questions. This bike has been ridden 449 miles without issue and is a lot of fun. However it is best suited of someone with technical experience related to e-bikes and is being sold as is. Your local bike shop should be able to perform regular tune-ups without any problems. For future component support the manufacturer Grin Technologies has published product info for each component on the ebikes.ca website or they can be contacted at info@ebikes.ca. The configuration files with the current settings for the Cycle Analyst and for the Phaserunner can be backed up by purchasing a data cable from Grin and downloading their software.
