1x Wooden block same dimension as cell, 1x Hammer. Apply in usual fashion

You might want to spray a little isopropyl alcohol along the edges first to loosen the hot melt glue and act as a lubricant while hammering.

Make sure all cells are fully discharged (<3v) .
Use the IP Alcohol as Fetcher said, between the casing and the cells.
You will have to knock them all out as one piece as those cells are heavily glued and taped together in a block.
