Albatros enduro bike.

I have not written for a long time, some updates.
I decided to make changes to the transmission. The goal is to reduce torque to Alfina. At the same time have a good cadence. Well, the rest of the progress ...
Engine speed without load 307 rpm. I rely on rated load 250

This must be one of the most professional builds on this forum. Absolutely fantastic :bigthumb:

If possible shoot and upload a video someday when you go out riding. Would love to see it in action!

This is VERY good work. Get's my approval. Love it through and through. Please make some explanation video's and video's of riding it etc. Thanks for sharing.

Hi

I am impressed and i have to say that you were inspired me to make e-bike.
But i have to ask you about Shimano Alfine.
Is it strong enough for e-bike? Especially that i have to use 3000W QS205 instead 750W Bafang in my project...

Beautifull work, and very nice, precise machining :flame: :flame: :flame:

Hello to all!
While my Alfina works. I use this hub on the second project already. The controller issues 99A max. at 14s. This is at every sharp acceleration. But running is not big. I ride in the woods for fun. I see no alternative, I have a lot of torque at any speed and there is no overheating of the engine. It should be borne in mind that there are no dynamic loads from the wheel on the axle and bearings, and there is a reduction that reduces the moment on Alfin. I am ready to breakdown morally, on a motocross bike I changed the piston every season according to the rules, the price of a spare part is comparable.
Such a nuisance happened in the forest, but it turned out that the reason for the bad metal for the star was made by himself. Test option.

Hello to all!
Made some changes in the geometry of the bike. Details show later. While a little video. Do not judge strictly, I am not an experienced video operator!
Not planned crash test was conducted! All survived ...
Pay attention to the work with the gearbox, the dynamics and the warm-up of the engine. The maximum current did not exceed 89A in this video. The top gear was fifth in such conditions. On a flat road and eighth gear, the speed is about 60 km / h, and you can pedal, the cadence is normal. This is a magical feeling!

Formulate the question differently. My translator cannot translate correctly. What is "peddle" in context? I'm sorry.
