You may be able to go 95v, but I think it will turn off for protection if you go over. I have only used mine at 90v max.

Really? Why would a controller marketed for 24s shut off when running 24s?

Kinda made me sad I was planning on building a 24s battery didnt know I'd have to keep it below a certain voltage or the controller won't work...

What? I have never seen any recommendations to run a nucular controller on 24s.
From what I have seen they recommend 20s, max 21s. But a few run 22s (so did I, when I had the nuc on the ktm)

I've heard others say the 24f is 130v capable. I guess I need more research.

So apparently on the Nuclear thread Vasili is telling people who have been pre ordered back in September 2019 that they will be further delayed. People waiting a year for these things....dang, time to move on to greener pastures.

Just quick pic update...

-new forks DNM usd-8. (Waaaay better than old ones)
-Muckynutz Fenders front and rear
-EVA foam on case and swing arm
-Dakine Snowboard stomp pad on side covers of case
-3M Rubber tape on chain stay for slap
-Spank spike vibrocore riser bars
-Quad lock phone mount
-Xpedo flat pedals
-Hafny mirrors mounted reverse/upside down (unobstructed view)

I made a cool but simple hack for a Bouncy kickstand. Just use a short bungee cord or Even a thin headband sized hair tie with a c-clip.

Another DIY idea is going to be pictured below. It’s just a marker held by mini locking pliers for trying a wheel on a wheel stand. Cheaper than paying a shop or buying a truing stand.
I also have duro Razorback 26”x 3” tires to put on next

Waiting to buy new controller still, mine is square wave and I hate the vibration from the magnet grab at super low speed and at 25-30 it is horrible.

Found my cells are legit Panasonic PF’s 20s14p 72v 40.6ah

Looking for good BMS to rewire battery for better discharge.
Current bms only does 80A . Looking to get about 120 as cells are 3C. Any suggestions For bms / Controller pairing?

Anyway thanks again guys and hope you are all doing, staying safe , and still riding.

You need more white on that enduro ebike, and perhaps more Ah in the battery

Working on it, it’ll be blinding in color and speed soon... lol

Looking at my pics again, I just realized I forgot to take the zip ties (using for reference while truing my wheel) off of the swing arm... I was wondering what the little clicks noise that kept coming last night while I was riding... too dark to see them on side of road. Also I’m using a 3D printed chain tensioner that I forgot to mention above.

Just a couple more pics to show. How I work on the bike. This frame is very awkward regarding the use of a stand.
