How to connect bluetooth to EM3EV batteries?

I have both android and iOS. On iOS I have a nicer interface but no logs. On android I have logs but the interface isn't has nice. Logs are essential to me so I end up using both. iOS for viewing and android for logs. I use a discarded android with no service and a very old os. Someone on this forum posted a link to the version I'm using on android that is better than the current version.
