bottom bracket to pegs conversion.NEED HELP

Hello i need some help. i got this bike and it has pedals they work good but i want pegs. i am trying to find if anybody has done this before. i was thinking of taking off the pedal and making a peg that fits on and bolts on instead of the pedal but it will probably twits on me. maybe there is some kit that screws into the bottom bracket, i cant find anything. does anyone have any ideas or suggestions let me know. thanks
