I'm just asked here if built in gps can be used as anti-theft tracking feature. Car navigation systems exist maybe 10-20 years already without mobile network provider support.

I have SP30S005 model. In the app and pc software there is gps speed check function available. How sim card module can only be related with gps functionality? Bms is not a smartphone.

You should first buy this BMS and only than claim about its GPS. Today not only smartphones have GPS :)
