Is there any way of increasing the voltage excitation to the resolver? It seems to be around 2.7V which means the sin and cos inputs are significantly less.

Ah found it, I was expecting to only look for resolver settings and not encoder :)

Sorry, I meant that the resolver has 10 poles not the motor. How do I run encoder detection?

It seems logical that somewhere I need to tell the controller that there are 10 poles and 4 rotors?

Marcos, are you able to provide details on the fault codes? I have the fault light flashing when I power up the board and I am keen to debug. I have connected the throttle and I am able to calibrate it and see the throttle input working in the VESC input wizard. I haven't been out to my motor...

Just working through step by step to try and get it all connected to the Mitsubishi drivers. I have 2 5V connections and a 5VA connection (according to the screen on the Mitsubishi controller) I can see a 5V available on the rev D board, but what is the 5VA about?! Is there any way I can check...

I appear to have a rev D board mating with a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV rear motor controller!

Taking the other end off the motor is tricky, as there is a great big magnet holding it in place! Any tips?

Got round to taking the motor out of the car - one day it will be going back in...….. :D In order to get a glimpse at the rotor I removed the inspection cover for the resolver. Looks like there is opportunity to change the timing :twisted: I am hoping that through this little window...
