    TSDZ2 With 15S (55V Nominal/63V Max)

So I made the custom 16S 57,6V battery which would be 67,2V fully charged but I burned 2 controllers to find out that something inside the controller does not like more than let's say ~ 65-67V so I charge it up only to 64,8 and it works. Peak was 1100W i've seen so far. But it also happens on...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

Update: so someone did replace (on TSDZ2B) with old brass reduction gear but it ware off with little pieces from the brass gear. I don't know what to do now. Ideally I would love limiting phase current and buying new identical one because i had brass on an different TSDZ2 with brass and it is to...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

So I managed to strip the nylon gear of my new TSDZ2B unit. And since there are no metal options anymore, i would love to reduce the phase amps to the motor, but not the battery amps since I have the cooling kit installed and temp sensor.

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I can adjust the voltage readout and reduce it till 67,2V shows 63V on the screen. But would it also mess with the controller power control or something ?

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I have flashed it on my bike now but I have diy 16S battery and i upgraded the Caps to 100V on the controller. It works but I would like to set the currect min and max voltage for my battery. I can set the correct cut off voltage but the max voltage is limited to 63V , but I need 67,2V. I am...

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

i just wanted to drop here some pictures with the warning, don't use 18S li-ion battery on the SW102 screen. i did have old OSF on motor (and of modified it with 100V caps) and had alternative SW102 firmware, not this one from the forum post. but it does not matter, since it was a hardware...

    A low-cost e-MTB Production log

found on yoycart fishbone 1.0 listing as presale for 2.0 i would wish there would be the same color coating on the frame as on the front fork and rear shock. and maybe the rims too in this color

    A low-cost e-MTB Production log

I hope it will be belt and not chain driven. And I also hope it's not that small as sur ron. Otherwise it's the thing I am most hyped about. Can't wait to get fishbone 2.0 :D

    PV NextGen FOC 100-180v 36kw max - $799

If you already are doing everything custom, could you please include BMS function with active balancing. And I don't know how much space it would take, but could You include 220V AC 16A charging (max for Schuko outlet) Including everything you need for an electric vehicle would make it...

Serious FOCer (84V VESC 6 based controller)

@shaman can you give an estimate when we can get hands on the controllers or kits (little FOCer specifically) . are we talking about weeks or months ?

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

In case you still need a bigger controller, i found some 18 MOSFET versions https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/B7ao9Irt https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/WvYkbgqP https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/L2yeXDLW3

Bafang G3xx series high reduction ratio geared hub motors

@justin_le when you have determined that the 40A phase current limit on the G310 is the limit, was it because 40A created to much heat, or the actual strength of the nylon gears ? would active cooling allow more torque ?

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

as far I know, there is no 18FET KT controller. I have the 72V 40A 12FET KT controller from BMSBattery. I think its the most you can get

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

thanks, but its to late, i have just bought 2x S12SNN 72V from BMS Battery. initially i have planned a stealthy build with DIY bottle batteries. but after thinking through how to best setup the cells configuration , i have decided its not worth it, and i know myself, the limit of 45-50kph (48V)...

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

+1 i would also love to have higher voltage on a small 6FET/9FET controller. because i will use it with high geared hub motors, i would max out @ ~45km/h. i dont need more power (A), just higher voltage. i just want to know if its an "easy" mod. if i have to replace one third of the components...
